Ascent Mentors ("Ascent," "we," "us") operates the Ascent Portal, a private web application for program participants.

What we collect When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. We also store information you provide directly — including your phone number, photo, address, and program-related details (school, church, graduation year, etc.) — to administer the mentoring program.

How we use it Your information is used solely to match students with mentors, coordinate program logistics, and communicate with participants. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Who can see your data Chapter leaders can view profiles of participants in their chapter. Program administrators can view data across all chapters. Matched pairs can see each other's contact information after match day.

Data storage Data is stored securely via Supabase (supabase.com). We retain your information for the duration of your participation in the program.
