Ascent Mentors exists to connect High School students to the heart of God by demonstrating the personal and relational nature of Jesus through empowering a generation of college graduates to disciple them one by one.

Someone who remembers the pressures of high school and who wants to help you discover how God can meet you right where you are? Do you want to be a part of a community that collectively helps you connect with your friends, go deeper with Jesus, and experience the presence of God? Wherever you find yourself along the journey, we’d love to walk this road with you!

Do you want to make a marked impact? Jesus built His Kingdom by sharing His life in relationship with His disciples. All of us crave connection, whether we know it or not. It’s innate within us. We want to provide a space for you to DO the Bible by sharing your life with just one high school student. And along the way, we want to share our lives with you because Jesus has shared His life with us. If you’re looking for a place to both grow in your faith with like-minded Believers and share your faith with the next generation, Ascent is the place for you.

We’re so excited to invest in your kids. A missing piece in many incredible youth groups is the capacity of leaders to invest in their students one on one. That’s where Ascent steps in to fill that need. Hundreds of students have been impacted through our mentor relationships — and we’re just getting started!
Whether you’re a parent of a student or a mentor, we need your help to make it all happen. We have a variety of needs ranging in everything from prayer, to host homes for weekly Bible Studies and monthly worship nights, encouraging our mentors, to fundraising efforts to support our staff and ministry, and more. Will you join us?

Let’s Go Higher is our annual end-of-the-school-year event dedicated to having fun and celebrating all that the Lord has done in our lives throughout the year! All are welcome — We had a wonderful time meeting your friends who want to learn more about Ascent!
