Ascent Mentors exists to connect High School students to the heart of God by demonstrating the personal and relational nature of Jesus through empowering a generation of college graduates to disciple them one by one.

Someone who remembers the pressures of high school and who wants to help you discover how God can meet you right where you are? Do you want to be a part of a community that collectively helps you connect with your friends, go deeper with Jesus, and experience the presence of God? Wherever you find yourself along the journey, we’d love to walk this road with you!

Do you want to make a marked impact? Jesus could have built His Kingdom in any infinite number of ways. In His perfect wisdom he chose to use his limited time on earth to build relationships with His disciples — and then asked them to do the same. All of us crave connection, whether we know it or not. It’s innate within us. Ascent provides a space for you to DO what Jesus has invited all of us to do — make a disciple. Mentoring is a simple way for you to share your life with just one high school student. If you’re looking for a place to grow in your faith and invest your life in the next generation, Ascent is the place for you.

We’re so excited to invest in your kids. A missing piece in many incredible youth groups is the capacity of leaders to invest in their students one on one. That’s where Ascent steps in to fill that need. Hundreds of students have been impacted through our mentor relationships — and we’re just getting started!
Whether you’re a parent of a student or a mentor, we need your help to make it all happen. We have a variety of needs ranging in everything from prayer, to host homes for weekly Bible Studies and monthly worship nights, encouraging our mentors, to fundraising efforts to support our staff and ministry, and more.
